The team at Pham Lawyers can assist with any type of visa application and may represent you at all levels whether with the Department of Immigration & Citizenship, Ministerial Intervention, tribunals or Federal Courts.

 

Philip Pham Viet Dzung

 
Philip is the founder and principal solicitor of Pham Lawyers. Philip is a graduate of computing study with the University of Technology, Sydney. Philip also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) (University of Canberra), a Master of Laws (University of Sydney), and a Master of Business Administration (University of Western Sydney). Before practising law on his own Philip was employed by a number of large and reputable organisations such as Channel 7, Chase AMP Bank, State Bank of New South Wales, and the Department of Immigration & Citizenship. He has been operating his legal practice for over 12 years and is based in Fairfield, Sydney.

Philip is currently on the roll as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He is also a notary public in the State of New South Wales and a registered migration agent (MARN 0531540).

 

Derrick Pham Nguyen Tu

Derrick works with Pham Lawyers as a migration law consultant. Derrick possesses a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from University of Western Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Laws and Procedures (Victoria University). Derrick is a registered migration agent (MARN 1280199).

 

Theresa Pham Thi Phuong

Theresa works with Pham Lawyers as an office manager. She is responsible for the smooth running of the practice including accounting and financial control. Theresa possesses a Master of Commerce (Professional Accounting) from the University of New England.
